1、 What can seller service do? If no, will there be any influence?

(1)   To ensure the safety of items between parties in the trade, C5GAME will gradually cancel present sell mode, and in the future, users need to open the seller service if they want to sell items. Therefore, we highly recommend that users who want to sell items on our platform, can apply for seller service in advance so that it won’t affect your sales.

(2)   Application for cloud service is undated, you can apply in any time and once your account conforms to requirements, system will help you configure automatically. If it fails, system will inform you the reason and you can apply again after dealing with failure.

(3)   Users who don’t open seller service can’t sell items when new mode is implemented in the future, but other functions are normal to use(you can apply after new mode implemented)

2、 What’s the differences between cloud service trade and present sell mode?

Cloud service depends on your Steam account. The biggest difference is, cloud service is to put items in your own inventory but present mode is in C5 bots’ inventory. You sell items on C5, when buyers buy your items, cloud service will transfer money to you and automatically send items to buyers from your inventory, This mode will make trades more safer and convenient.

 

 

3、 How to sell items in new cloud service trade mode?

The process to sell items is same in cloud service.

(1)   You need to deposit items to your sell inventory from your Steam, then add to sell from sell inventory.

(2)   If you want to sell the item you just buy, you need to transfer the item to sell inventory from retrieve inventory, then add to sell.

 

 

4、 Will sellers get no money after selling items in cloud service?

Don’t worry, items of sellers and money of buyers will be reserved temporarily in the interchange. Only when parties confirm the trade, interchange will distribute items and money to parties.

 

 

5、 What’s the differences between exclusive cloud service and intelligent cloud service?

Exclusive cloud service is the dedicated service for sellers provided by C5, it strongly improves the efficiency of deposit and retrieve, safety and convenience. 6、 Do two kinds of cloud service charge?

(1)   Operating costs of exclusive cloud service is high, but we cut the price in order to give every user who has a high trading volume better experience, original price is 1998 CNY/year, now only 245 CNY/6 months.

(2)   Intelligent cloud service is free, you just need to provide relevant information.

 

 

7、 What information intelligent cloud service needs?

You need to provide a Steam account which is able to trade and no Steam Guard or email token bound.

Be able to trade: recharge or consume 5 dollars in Steam.

No token bound: the account closes all tokens.

8、 Is safe for me to provide you my Steam account?

Don’t worry, C5GAME has a strict account management system. Your account will be managed after multiple encrypted, no one can view your information. You’d better register a new Steam account as your cloud service account.

 

 

9、 How long does it take to open exclusive cloud service or intelligent cloud service?

(1)   Exclusive cloud service will be opened as soon as you buy.

(2)   Intelligent cloud service will be opened as soon as your account passes detection that if your account satisfies requirements.

According to rules of Steam, after application, you have to wait 15 days then you can use cloud service.

 

 

10、Why system always show that ‘configuring’ when I open intelligent cloud service?

(1) Because configuration needs time and so many users are applying, the detection time will be long. You can just leave it aside, if the configuration succeeds, you will receive a message about results. If it fails, you should deal with it then retry.

(2) The times to apply for intelligent cloud service are unlimited, when you don’t pass, you can apply again and again. If your account satisfies the requirements, system will open the service for you automatically.
