1. Where I can see the evaluation of my locked items?

2. The evaluation is on the basis of:
The average deal price when the items got locked that day.
3. How to set the price of items for exchanging?
When the exchange access opens, the price will be set according to the average deal price that day.
4. How to do if my items have the premium or evaluation is incorrect?
The evaluation we give out is the non-differential price of standard items, which means:
(1) As for CSGO items, we don’t consider stickers, gems or other factors which will cause premium.
(2) As for Dota2 items, we don’t consider BUG items, gems or other special factors.
If your items have the premium in above situations, we will give you a access for complaining and assign professional staffs to deal with this issue.
As non-differential items like PUBG or H1Z1 items, we don’t accept complains in principle. If the evaluation is wrong, we will change the price after we receive feedback.
5. Why some of my locked items don’t have evaluation?
Because the diversity of locked items this time, we just finish Dota2, CSGO, H1Z1, PUBG, these four kinds of items’ evaluation in order to comfort you as soon as possible. The evaluation of other games’ items will be given out later and you can complain about your items in following situations: no evaluation or evaluation is 0.
6. When will the complain access open? Does it has any rules?
Because the compensate function is still being developed, we decide to open the access in Feb.4~5 for the moment and inform you in the form of a banner on the site.
To improve the efficiency of complain work, we only accept complains of items which have the actual value more than 100 CNY.
At the same time, if you maliciously complain, we will put off your complains, or can say, we will try our best to deal with normal complains as fast as we can.
